Steam key not found at Owlcat for founder

Not sure what else to say here. I was in beta with the edition I purchased, had my steam key revoked this week when beta ended and now Owlcat has no record (except my bank transaction) of the purchase. Can't get any support at launch - which is so wildly different than the last two games for Pathfinder they released (which were both excellent).
Can't say as I'd recommend even purchasing it at this point given all the errors so many of us have had with their site and Steam that it's a horrid launch (which we expect to some degree but no support??? really???)

Just a sad state of affairs for a game that had so much promise out of a studio that showed two successful AAA game releases already with a glowing history until now.
