Ah I had them just didn't notice in ui cause I'm colourblind

Is there any way to repair it?

Yeah I'm also confused about the logic

Plenty of hints about how to make antidote.
Less info (but you can kinda guess it when considering leftover materials after antidote) about making warp neutrality elixir.

haven't tried this, but was just thinking that if you get Pasqal as a companion first before coming to do this mission, maybe he can fix the H-40-KO. Possibly might be a 3rd potion you can get.

I only found one hepful hint, but that was for the one that exploded the thing....Can you give men an example of a clue
