features will be available after origin advancement?
what does this mean?

for example if it says + 55 willpower is it added to characteristic skill up? or is it given somewhere else?

This really needs to be explained. Does not say anywhere what and when that is. You can pick that stuff as talents. So is it just available to characters at level up, or do you get these naturally at some point?

Both on the orihgi

If you're talking about the talents that give you characteristic/skill bonuses, they just apply them to your character then and there, confused by what you mean but am assuming you mean the characteristic talents which you shouldn't focus on imho unless you just legitly have nothing else on common talent levels to snag
but beyond that if you're asking what I think you're asking, origin talents are available at any talent/common talent level, talent levels will have your archetype talents, common will have origin+proficency talents and otherwise so you can get bolt weapons and etc.

there's kind of a lot of context clues if you actually just... Mouse over and click stuff inquistively?

Both on the origin and homeworld sections it says

"The following features will be available after origin advancement"

For example:

Voidborn: Bloody Mess, Contagious luck, Just a flesh wound, Jinx, Be smart (which can be picked as talents during level ups)

Commissar:
+5 FEL, Coersion +10 and a bunch of talents (which can also be picked on level up)

The main question is:

Is this just unique level up content or does it come automatically at this mysterious origin advancement, which sounds like an event that is triggered at some point during the game? There is no mouseover or anything that would explain this.

Yeah, so you can take those at either a level that says you get a talent, or a common talent, talent lets you pick archetype, along with all the other ones you can, but common is specifically for like, origin, homeworld, proficency. It's akin to 3.5 D&D/Pathfinder in a way where it's just at different levels and I'm FAIRLY sure diff classes get diff options in that regard at diff levels but you'd probably wanna go into the archetype selection and hit the magnifying glass on the top left of it if you're doing a new game (or just go to archetypes and click on it in an actual save that's already going) and you can mouse over the circles and see what's a common, what's a talent level, etc. It's essentially just feats from D&D/PF melded with 40k mechanics

Voidborn, all those ones you listed, are talents that can be taken at talent/common talent levels, it's an option you have to pick.

You can also click them to examine what you can take at that level ahead of time from either the character creation during new game after you hit the magnifying glass, or just by hitting C and examining it in your archetype area.

They really have to rewrite this, because to me it sounds like, this you will get at some point automatically (as in a Pathdfinder Paladin always get smite at levels x y and z), and not like a rogue gets a talent at level x y and z and can pick from a list of skills.

This is an issue, because I did not pick a fortress world homeworld because I did not want to be stuck with "Combat Addict" but knowing now that I do not HAVE to take it, I will have to start over.
