Any prepared custom portraits?

Hey, so none of the default portraits really look like the kind of characters I'd like to play, are there good places to find decent portraits to use?

Pinterest is good, but you'd have to filter out alot of AI art.

why filter it? if its on Pinterest no one's getting paid if you like it use it.

Nah, im not one of those "hate all AI art" people, it's just hard to find a good portrait when 99% of the page you search for "40K character portraits" is all AI anime girls

The Pathfinder WotR mod Portramatic - Portrait Generator and Library https://www.nexusmods.com/pathfinderwrathoftherighteous/mods/169 was really useful when playing Pathfinder WotR. You can use this to create rogue trader portraits if you have PWotR installed.

Idea - Maybe I could use the WotR Portramatic mod to install a portrait for pathfinder then copy the folder over to the Rogue trader portrait folder. Might work. -->>> Worked.

I don't like using the default portraits as if its anything like PWotR, you are going to look exactly like someone else in the game.

I'm still getting the game but I hate premade portraits. Its 2023 get with the times. People should be able to design a character and the portrait should match that. Even single man Devs manage to do this for games.

Nope, it's part of the game. There's plenty of resources on the discord, and WoTR/KM forums on how to implement them.

Use the AI tool in Bing. I used it to generate a bunch of portraits for a naval officer character and got fantastic results after refining the parameters a bit.

Hotpot.ai does a pretty damn good job given the right prompts.
