Same problem I had with the Pathfinder games.
Wish i could hide cape, for example.
Next thing - hiding helmet doesn't really do, what i want from it.
For example, sanctioned psyker has a really cool hood, and i want it to stay, but hiding helmet also hides the hood. More than that, if you're wearing not helmet, but glassess in that slot - it hides cape, but keeps the glasses. i would really like to have a 'default outfit" options, for each slot or in general
I don't mean to be rude but I did clarify my statement in the topic's description. I'd like to have the benefits of a helmet that gives me armor for example without hiding it and not having my commissar hat at all.
I agree with you and think that would be a good addition if it ever is added. There are some cases where I only want my default outfit on.
I miss my default "No armour" cosmetic hat, but toggling on the 'Hide Helmet' removes all hats entirely, including the starter outfit. I just want to keep my character-creation commissar hat
Fair, I admit I wasn't reading very intently, sorry. Huge load. Currently these are the only options available, but we did expand these for Wrath of the Righteous before, so it is possible we'll review them later when we are done with more pressing issues.
It's all good ma dude and I appreciate your interest in the post.
To throw in my two cents on this, as a massive Warhammer dweeb:
A lot more people than you'd expect would really appreciate this as an option. Obviously priorities and all, but please don't leave this option in the dust - 40K lives and dies upon its aesthetic and its vibes, players have accepted mediocre gameplay BECAUSE of the vibes alone in other Warhammer games. Thus, when a player wants to play, for example, a Commissar, they want to LOOK like a Commissar through and through, and this is one of the first games to ever let us play a Commissar. Their hat is one of the single most identifying things about their aesthetic, so having to either give it up or give up the stats from a helmet really sucks.
I absolutely agree. Bug fixes are naturally of higher priority right now but please address the cosmetic options. We could also use a way to chang the appearance of our character(s) or at least their hair and beard styles.
