Stuttering Performance

Posting this so others may see prior to purchase...

I have a RTX 4090 and the game has constant stuttering. The camera, movement, cut scenes, etc. Only been able to play the game for about an hour but it is distracting enough that I don't want to continue. I'm not going to refund as I am super excited about the game and want to support Owlcat but this is really disappointing for a game that is $100 out the gate for the premium edition. Submitted bug reports so hopefully it is fixed soon.

yeah, i have the same problem, so i think it's optimisation problem... i can make red dead redemption 2 go ultra without a single frame drop, and here, it's stuttering even with all graphics turn low. we can just hope they'll fix that soon

i9-11900k, rtx 2080 ti, 32 gb ram. runs smooth as butter on highest graphics and 1440p. Lowest fps dip i had were 70, but it runs at 100+ most of the time.

So yea, either it's your pc or there's something fishy with the 40 series compatibility or drivers.

Cap your frametime using MSi and Afterburner. That fixes stuttering in games for me. Can't comment on this game as I haven't hit that purchase button... yet.

I run on 4k max settings its totally fine . sometimes in comat it might shutter for 1 mil sec 99% of time its smooth. i run 3080 founder edition. also did Nvidia release drivers for this game already ?

Same issue here on a 4080. Insane stuttering, both during cutscenes and gameplay. It seems to come and go though.

Got the same issue, I have stopped playing after a hour as too distracting. Tried all settings and does not go away.

Yup i have a same disable fsr and vsync and no more sluttering.

If nothing fix the stutter, specially the mouse stuttering, delete the Rewired_DirectInput.dll in plugins. Had the issue in pathfinder and no surprise it was the first thing I had to do in Rogue...
