Yup. Sounds like a perfect DLC opportunity.
Yes. Sort of Space Biker Dwarves.
They were kind of passively phased out over the years for various reasons. But they were remained beloved and the fans always asked for them to be returned and updated. GW was supposedly considering doing so past few years though I don't think they made it into the most recent big rule update.
They back now with abit of a rework, they called The Leagues Of Votaan
they were a fun army. some of those metal minis from back in rogue trader days were pretty cool, got one that looks like Elvis and another armed with a power fist and a power axe.
Adding on to this, they also made a group of 'The Leagues of Votaan' minis for the new Necromunda that are much more inline with the classic squats from the 70(?)/80's.
Good morning. Squats returned more than a year ago as a new main faction of Warhammer 40,000 called the Leagues of Votann (two 'n'). With their new Codex, lore, characters and a whole big line of new miniatures. And more is coming!
And most recent rule update — "10th Edition" is happening right now!
I'm saying all this about the fact that the actual modern Warhammer is alive and magnificent. There are so many amazing things happening. Warhammer is not something forgotten and covered with the dust of the past.
