Especially when it comes to collector editions. They still have not shipped Al the ones from their previous games and the few that did get them, some had broken items.

i've herd that, why i only got the digital collectors edition for now. still there working with GW, and a lot of there merch you can get is direct from gw merch store. maybe it a be different working with gw.

Good luck I hope you are right. I love RPGs and was thrilled to support a smaller company so it really stings to get burned.

I can only hope they make things right and start to earn trust back.

for practical reason when moving out from my places, i went full digital, so i can't vounch for what you say.

for me so far owl cat has delivered, game talking that is, i can understand they may have issue with deliver lately since they are based in russia,

They have delivered the actual game so it is not the digital goods where they have completely failed, it’s the physical goods.

For me I am talking about the collectors edition. It has been a year and six months since the game released and they still have not shipped the product to everyone and some they did were damaged.

The real issue I have is the lack of updates, even, when promised and the fact they are now selling another collector edition for a new game before shipping the previous one.

So best of luck to anyone who takes the risk of ordering from them at this time.

Will they eventually make it right? I actually believe so, but they haven’t yet and to me it’s shameful to be offering a new one when you know you haven’t delivered the id one and have soooooooo many issues to overcome.

They need to do better.

If something arrives broken, you are suppose to send it back.
That's generally how all return policies work.

That and if you have not received your product, have you tried contacting the support team again? The squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Yes I have. They always say working on it, shipping issues, world events and so on.

They have made pretty good games so far but yes the collectors edition stuff from the Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous campaign has yet to ship. But saying not to trust them at all just because of some failed physical stuff (Which they recently said they are currently preparing to ship) doesn't mean they aren't to be trusted at all.

Sadly I agree with the OP. Don't get me wrong I love their games however I supported Wrath of the Righteous at a high tier and its extremely frustrating to still not have my goods. It was why I will not purchase one again from them, including on this game.

I am with you. I was so happy to support a smaller company trying to make the type of games I like to the best of their ability for us the fans.

The situation with the physical rewards and their handling of it has shattered the good feelings I had for them and their products.

I will not buy or support another of their products until this is corrected and maybe not even then.

I actually still have some faith that they will deliver the products that we purchased from them, in good faith, so long ago, and they have failed to deliver. But until they do I have no desire to support them or their products.

For those that do, that’s great. I wish you all the best and hope you get what you paid for and enjoy it. That’s all we wanted as well.
