How do I submit a bug report?

Currently got a character stuck on the bottom corner of the map with the first battle encounter does anyone know how to submit a bug report ingame?

There's a little bug symbol button upper right on most screens.

In the options menu you can read through all this keybinds in the game.
I'm really wondering how some guys play through this. By accident I guess.
