Lots to like about the gameplay...

But the big thing for me is the woke characters and box ticking. AAA's have trashed IP after IP this year, all for BR funding to push "the message". What are you getting out of doing the same thing - pushing woke? Do you also get funded by DEI investing?

The gameplay with all the massive amount of enemy individuals on screen all flowing into the "invaders" territory looks really great. It's such a strange thing to praise a game for what looks like excellent gameplay, but also have to put in some criticism about the character designs and voices and hot-button political messaging. Boggles my mind.

It is such a strange thing isn't it? To enjoy the game but then realizing you can't enjoy it because you're terrified of somebody that's not you being represented? Could someone please explain to me how these characters are woke? I agree that lots of franchises have had so much far left messaging stuffed into them that it's actually damaged their stories but I really don't see it here?

We have a snarky robot, a half corporate drone half robot white woman with a superiority complex, a white teenage girl that develops mental issues, a black woman in a position of middle management, a black guy involved in smuggling and an Irish man living his best life.
