Suggestion: Improve randomly generated nation names

I think this speaks for itself, but randomly generated city and nation names NEED to be improved. They are a remnant from the demo version and they are very basic. they need to be improved. For example, depending on different maps, their names might be different. Like an american map would have american names. European maps may have different names based on the region their in. Most randonly generated names are names of midevil english county names. Either way they need to be changed

or maybe make it so that you can change the list of prefixes and suffixes

yes i agree they should be updated, but making it so they auto adapt to the setting would be probably impossible, because the game literally has no clue what the difference between an american map and European map beside the combination of pixels and the name. Bagelsir I agree with more.
