How do you get countries to attack eachother in the scenario editor

Create the scenario, start it, Get the countries that you want to attack each other, Make them attack each other. Save the game (Remember the save name). Close the game. Press the Windows logo Key + R to launch the Run dialog box. Once the box opens, type %APPDATA% and press Enter. into AppData/LocalLow/JoySparkGames/Ages of Conflict/Saves, Move the save with your scenario into the CustomScenarios folder (Move the save's folder, not the .aoc file)
Open ages of conflict, check your scenario, and it should have the wars saved
IDK how to do it on mac because I only use windows and android.
