ages of conflict i think is the only country game thats not a strategy game so i think thats theres none

about strategy games i recommend HOI4 if youre pretty wealthy cause its expensive here on Brazil

AoH3 sandbox mode + spectator mode is very like Ages of Conflict
AoH2 is a cheaper option but it doesn't have a great sandbox mode (its literally just infinite money)
You can spectate in HOI4 and EU4 but you cant control the nations in spectator mode
