game wont open

bought this game today, literally just flashes it and then crashes. i'm on MacOS High Sierra, don't know any problems linked to it as it's a more obscure game than others.

Hmm. You could simply try reinstalling it. Another thing you could maybe try is to check if an old version like 2.0.6 works. You can select older versions from Properties -> Betas

I tried both, and still isn't working. I've even tried uninstalling other games, but still nothing. I was suspecting that my computer had an issue, but other games still work.

So it doesn't even get to any logos or the menu, it closes immediately after pressing play on Steam?
