but other than that, its a great game
following on with the time thing on maps, would be cool to have a slowdown time button alongside the dates the maps are set in
anyways, no worries, hope you have fun!, and yes to answer your question, anything could happen
Thanks again, yes it's a great game. i just finished a 18000 years game when revolts never stop! Probably i put too much cities. But it was a custom map i designed, with 30 nations...nations put cores automatically from what i understood.
And combact effectiveness? Should i put random or gradual?
thanks
with combat effectiveness, i think gradual is probably better than random tbh
another thing i like it's when two nations after a while the small join the other if in alliance for enough time (it's the green popup right?)
and the amount of gold depends by where the capital is or it's calculated on the nation's territory (for example i have a nation in the desert but the capital is on the coast, so the gold depends by the capital position?) thanks again
Another thing is more like a bug that occurred yesterday playing with world map (the big one), there was two countries left but in an alliance against a third and they stop fighting and instead building cores with gold, like if the alliance remained even if the third country was destroyed. Then i replayed that scenario and didn't happen again. Maybe the scenario is too big? I need to retry to verify if there is a kind of bug. (of course revolts always deactivated)
thanks for your help anyway! If i need some clarification i'll ask
EDIT: well 2nd game with world maps ended without problems, papua new guinea wins over russia LOL
maybe there was like a occasional thing, three countries with two allied and that alliance didn't break when the third country was destroyed, so it remained an alliance
idk...anyway i don't like this map, it's too much chaotic, yes, funny for one or two games, but in general i like more Europe or custom maps i make.
I want to leave revolts enabled, (even if they could be better, like "name of the countries-revolt" instead of random names, and if it's a conquered nation, it shouldn't be considered like a "new" nation, but in general i'm fine with all)
one question i have (and sorry for this long answer and my bad english if i made mistakes i'm not a perfect anglophone, i am italian)
do you paint territories for custom nations or just place them and let them grow?
I like more the first but i guess maybe place just capitals makes the game even more "random"
well axis powers...until the armstice with the allies, and the following operation "achse" that in the balkans regions where my grandfather worked as a telegraphist (modern day Kosovo) was taken prisoner by germans and interned in a "working camp" to make v2
Sure germany was right on suppose italy's treason...look what kind of people we had, the king, ecc. (was he a king?....)
but were we talking about the game? ahah sorry, i don't feel italian, i don't care, we are blamed with stereotypes all around the world...but maybe we deserved it.
Now we just need a japanese adding other tips for the game and we're ready
