It's an annoyance, but you gotta minimize all other windows on the second monitor to prevent it from auto tabbing out while playing.

Double cursor meaning the ingame cursor/crosshair displays along with my default cursor for windows. so whenever i move in-game, the default moves around my screen.
If you have Uplay, disable it through the Task Manager. If you don´t have it, restarting the game should work.

Oh....wow. Well, I guess that's Windows 10 for you. Heaven forbid the user have control of his system. I guess you'll have to download the Hidden theme and get used to navigating via the keyboard to switch it back on. There are also programs to hide a mouse cursor, which you could look at as a potential solution.
