look for the hs circles folder in your mui folder and copy or move it to your overrides folder.
(from the readme) -
"... Ya might've spotted an extra folder in the zip file named some random gunk like "HS Circles", this is completely optional but it's for the setting in Mod Options/MUI/General Options/Coloured Health, and it goes straight in yer 'PAYDAY 2/assets/mod_overrides' folder.
This setting will colour health radials to the player colour which will make 'em look something like this (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=531621220). It requires the base texture to be white which is why a new texture is required. You can use any one ya like, long as it's white, doesn't have to be mine.
Again, this is only needed if'n ya want to enable this option. It will not crash the game or anything if ya don't have it, it'll just look strange since the default texture is green.
-- TL;DR: HS Circles goes in mod_overrides if you want coloured health radials."
