IPHLPAPI.dll - game will not launch

when its in the directory it wont launch, why...? My control panel says the Microsoft C++ 2013 is alr installed tho im gonna try installing it again..
Could it be the .dll has errors? the size is 1444kb for me..
help appreciated - thanks!

>Remove all mods which u have in payday 2 folder(IPHLPAPI.dll IN PAYDAY 2 FOLDER!!!,hoxhud(because of unstable(delete the Hoxhud.dll & the Hoxhud folder)), mod_overrides and mods folder,
also pdmod bundler if u are using it) if u think what u dont running them - look in folder for these files and delete if they exist.

>Verify your game
library - RMB on payday 2 - properties - local files - verify

>check ur drivers for actual updates

>Post your most recent Crash file (crash.txt) here.
1)win + R
2)type %localappdata%
3)open payday 2 folder(before open,turn on feature - show hidden files.)
4)open crash by notepad and copy-paste text in ur thread.

It could be that you dont have the VC redist correctly installed.

It could be that one of your mods crash as soon as the game starts.

You need the x86 version of the Visual C++ 2013 redistributable installed. The x64 version won't work.
