Houston, hes my favorite Character ingame, but what is behind the Stealthy Ghost?
Well, the most important thing is that he is Dallas Brother, that was his Way into the Payday Gang as repleacement of Hoxton, he grow up in Chicago and lived higher than he could pay, in trivia screen its said "Houston got a lot of problems, Cops aint one" this could point in the trouble in his past, but also on his Stealth focus .
But what about the stuff we dont know? FBI files gives the question where he learned to stealth. And we dont know that too.
Did Houston and Dallas got a childhood Together? Where was Houston when Dallas got trouble with the Mafia? What about Bain? He just accepted Houston ? (the crew was really small at the Moment when he joined) What about he and Hoxton? I dont think there is real hate between them.

There is a big age gap between Houston and Dallas (about 13 years?), I don't think they had much of a childhood together as a result. It'd have been a different sort of relationship between them, possibly with Dallas having a feeling of being more responsible for Houston and looking out for him than they would if about the same age. Dallas would have been a grown man while Houston was still a young child.

I think Houston's stealth focus is because it's stated he used to be a conman/pickpocketer, which relates to being sneaky and he tends to get into a lot of trouble before his days in the gang

For his relationship with Dallas, Hoxilicious pretty much got it right, there's a big age gap between them and heck they possibly never met during Houston's childhood, since Dallas has been in the Chicago Mobs since he was like, 25 or smth?

The FBI says he has training in infiltration and espionage, it might imply he has military type special ops training. I'm guessing Bain just took him in to replace Hoxton because Dallas vouched for him.

I agree with the big age gap, but what about Dallas relation with his familie while his working with the mafia and getting trouble with it. also im not woundering about bain letting houston enter that fast , i mean, we get new chars every 4 mounths .
but im still woundering about the FBI file with "infiltration and espionage" because i really dont think that he was in a spec ops training. and we also know a little about the reaktions fromt the other crew members to houstons join

The crew disappeared for a year, I think that's plenty of time for Bain to make sure Houston was a good fit for the team. Also, how else would one learn infiltration techniques beyond military training?
