From what I saw the most important skills for you are:
Any damage skills
Klimber
Low Blow
Berserker
If you are up for a new primary (a shotgun for example) you can get rid of Klimber which makes almost the whole Mastermind tree unnecessary. I made 2 different builds; one with and one without Klimber.
At first with Klimber:
I re-placed the skills to get Combat medic, which gives you an 25% damage bonus after reviving a team mate.
In the Enforcer tree I changed Die Hard aced with Underdoge aced since this skill gives you (basic) another 15% extra damage while surrounded by 3 enemys. The 15% less damage you take from the aced version is quite handy because it allwoes you to stay outside a bit longer which basicly allowes you to kill more enemys.
Also I got rid of the double ammo bags to save some points.
Ghost is the same.
To come to the Fugitive tree, I picked up Sneaky Bastard (with the 4 points from Ammonition Specialist). From this specific skill you gain 5 extra dodge points which improves your suitability for Death Wish. With the last point i decided to get Brother´s Keeper to reduce the damage you take from Thugs. This skill can be easyly changed with any skill you want.

Now the build without Klimber:
It´s in general the same as the one above with minor changes. I just picked up Combat medic basic and Spotter basic. All the other skills are just fillers to reach higher Tiers.
In the Enfocer tree I took Ammonition soecialist since you don´t have double meds anymore. Also I got Shotgun CQB and Overkill basic. These skills improve your Shotgun - damage.
Fugitive is the same with the exeption of Sneaky Bastard. I decided to ace it to get 50 dodge points which, again, improves your survivability.
As primary you´re going to use the Raven shotgun with HE-rounds. This high conceled shotgun is fairly accured and is able to hit snipers on the most maps. You´re main killing weapons will be the Judge. High damage - exactly what you want.

In the end I would like to say that I can´t take this build seriously. It´s extreamy selfish and doesn´t support your Team at all - not the best in a Cooop game.
This build isn´t a good choise for Multiplayer nor for Solo plays. You deal crazy damage, but on the other hand you will probabyl get a lot of damage yourself since you´re standing in the first line of fire.
If you would join my game and you would just focuse on killing which this build is obviously the best for) while compleatly ignoring the Objectives, I would kick you verry fast.
You sad previously, you just want to use it when you´re playing with friends; but even than I suggest you to be verry cereful. I do belive that your friends will be pissed of your playstyle pretty fast.
Also, you already aced Low Blow, take your builds to the extreme! Your detection risk is only 19, try to add something to your weapons to hit that 25. I managed to bring you up to 23 with the following changes:
Gecko
-Swapped stocks from Fabulous to Plastic for more accuracy. Results in more concealment and stability penalty, but you will still have 30 stability on this gun
Judge
-Added Speculator Sight and compact laser module (did you forget to add this?)
To be honnest, I just recently figured out which dedection you need to get the full nenifit of Low Blow basic / aced.
The main reason why I haven´t changed the weapons is because I usually just have a general look at them and their start. If they are ok, I don´t play witht them.
The reason why I didn´t chose a sight is simply because I don´t like a sight at the Judge. And the Compact Laser Module....yeah, I simply forgot it. c:
Well the two numbers you need are
Basic: 5 and below
Aced: 25 and below
For basic, it's pretty impossible to get 5, so either you go with 4 or lose 1 dodge for a 6, which is what I usually do.
And anyway, if you are going to make a selfish build, I would usually get Fully Loaded aced, unless you are using DMR kits and custom ammo for shotguns, which renders the aced version useless. Even basic would be good too.
