Do you like assault rifles? Car 4 is balanced, Ak is accurate but kicks a lot,Uar is a power beast but has some accuracy issue if you don't aim down sights. Para and Mp5 as secondaries
If you are a mastermind and have the proper skills,pistols both for secondaries and as primaries if you have the akimbo skill. Preferably Bernetti/Chimano custom/interceptor
Mix and match,look for your favourite playstyle
Might I suggest you to give the JP36 a try? while it doesn't reach the "meta" damage point,is a pretty solid weapon,accurate,stable and has a lot of ammo
For weapons, AMR-16 is pretty good, though requires too many attachments that will be a pain in the ass to get because of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ system.
Secondary weapon?
Pistols: STRYK/Bronco/Deagle/Interceptor
SMG: Compact 5
Shotguns: The Judge, Loco.
i bhought also saw, but i only can use it as main weapon, any second weapon recommendation for it?
Assault rifles: Car 4 and AK-rifle have good ammo, damage and accuracy, though they take a lot of mods, especially when you don't have DLC.
UAR can reach 40 damage and 18 accuracy with little problems, though the Butcher compensator gives it a stability problem.
JP36 will always be a favorite of mine, with easy 30 damage and 180 ammo (Though it can't reach 40 damage without berserker aced).
AK5 is a good rifle too, with high accuracy, though it might take some time to make it reach 40 damage.
Generally, the M308, AK .762 (Including the golden one) and maybe the AMR16 are the only ones I wouldn't recommend that much, since they have such a low ammo capacity for minor damage improvements.
Shotguns: Mosconi is my favorite primary, the low ammo capacity is compensated for with its insane damage (198 with skills, with "Overkill" skill I can kill a bulldozer in 4-6 shots to the face on overkill), same goes for the joceline, its ammo pouch can help if you feel you need more ammo.
Izhma is kinda fun, though you have to reload it A LOT if you don't get "Mag plus" from technician tree.
The predator, which I am assuming you were talking about, isn't "Bad" and it works fine on overkill if you use it right (And since you like it, I'll assume you do), though I personally wouldn't bring it on deathwish.
Locomotive is always going to be a top tier shotgun with its high damage and high firerate, don't even need mods for it to be awesome.
Judge is good, though I mostly just use it when I don't have shotgun skills but need something powerful as a secondary (Mostly with HE rounds) or on deathwish.
Honestly, the only "Bad" shotgun is the reinfield, due to its super high accuracy, and the only thing that can reduce it is the Shark teeth nozzle, and that is one of the rarest weapon mods in the game.
Pistols: Chimano custom

These 3 are almost identical, able to reach 40 (25 without skills) damage (With some mods), 18 accuracy, around 130 ammo and overall solid stats, they're certainly worth considering for a mastermind.
Bernetti 9s is good too, though you can only get 23-38 damage without something like berserker. However, its ammo capacity of 154 makes up for that.
Crosskill can be good when you mod it, and have 30 damage with good accuracy, which is useful if you use a primary shotgun but have to deal with snipers. Not a great main weapon, but a reliable sidearm.
Deagle and Bronco are very similar, with the bronco having a higher damage and reload speed, but the deagle can get a silencer. They're about accurate headshots, though the truth of the matter is that the judge reaches 100 base damage with the perk bonus, which is more than the bronco reaches when fully modded. They're fun, though, but you need to be careful with your aiming.
SMGs: They're not meant to be main weapons like assault rifles, but high DPS weapons for close to mid range.
The compact 5 has the highest ammo together with the chicago typewriter at 150, and they're fairly similar in stats. They can reach 30 damage with ok accuracy, good for longer ranged targets or when you need to have a lot of ammo.
Kobus 90 eats through ammo incredibly fast, but its high firerate, 30 damage, solid accuracy and 50 round magazine makes it great at killing bulldozers up close and clearing a small room of cops.
Otherwise, its more of how you USE the SMGs, which as I said, is a close range DPS weapon for occations, not main events.
