Is Jacket's Piece a bad weapon?

So, i started using it for my DW Dodge build secondary instead of 5/7 and it's doing pretty good. High RPM, it has more rounds per minute than most LMGs. High accuracy, concealment is low, nice ammo pickup. Damage is not bad and not good. Something between. If you have right skills, it can deal around 2450 dmg per 47 round magazine. This weapon is really useful to defeat dozers due its high rate of fire and nice to do a "drive-by" with Lock n' Load skill.

However cons are like this: High recoil and really bad aiming slights. I could find any more cons.

What is your opinion?

As a dodge weapon it's meh, as an armor weapon it's pretty nice. The 80s calling receiver gives a massive boost to stability and it can reach pretty high accuracy for an SMG, especially with the war torn stock. As said above tho

It isn't. Pretty darn good for armor builds, but for dodge there are other better weapons (Mark 10, Kobus, Compact 5 to name a few)

its not bad per se, i can think of a lot of other weapons that are way worse. The problem is that i can also think of a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that are way better

You'll be happier with a micro-uzi. Better concealment and ammo/ammo pickup.
Or with a Mark 10. About the same, but better concealment and ridiculous reload speed (takes a speed pull mag)

As far as I'm concerned, it's a meme gun. You can use it, but it takes a LOT of work, and its full potential is only realized in an armor build.

"Bad" as in, the Kross Vertex is better. Both weapons are going to have dry reloads quite often, but the Vertex has quick dry reloads while Jacket's Piece has quite painfully slow ones. The 10 extra bullets isn't worth up to 2 second longer dry reloads.
Also "Bad," as the Micro Uzi is a thing, and that has faster reloads, more total ammo, higher concealment (both base, and potential), and better mods. The only thing the Uzi is worse off for is Accuracy, but that can be solved with skills.
