As Dennis mentioned, the only things that actually flag you as a cheater is DLC unlockers or if you deploy too many deployables. You could have infinite ammo, god mode, no clip, etc, and those don't flag you.
Silent Killer is widely considered a cheat by the community; but it won't flag you on it's own.
EDIT: Actually, just to confirm. Do you mean Silent Assassin? Or is there a mod specifically called Silent Killer?
Hi, sorry for the delay. It's a mod called Silent Killer. It replaces the texture of the large suppressor—I forgot the name—the one that's usually used on the shotgun pistol. I use it because I don't like how it blocks the sight every time I play something in stealth.
In that case disregard my comment, my apologies. You might get people who also make the same mistake I initially did, in-game, so just watch out for that.
A good rule of thumb to follow is: Does the mod directly affect gameplay? If yes, most people would consider it a cheat. All of your mods appear to be cosmetic/HUD related, so that should be fine for most people (some people consider HUD mods cheats, since they sometimes give you more information than you would normally have, and some people consider all mods cheats); but as mentioned none of these should flag you.
