Huh, when I play, the Dualshock has the exact same button layout, it just shows Xbox prompts onscreen, so that may not even be a problem. Also, here's two pics.

I have not looked into actually changing the text, for example on the Xbox One controller texture I just made sure the lines for each button paired up with the exact start point of the 360 controller lines. However with the Dualshock controllers it may look weird if i have lines overlap or zig zag crazy.
