[REQUEST] Jill Valentine's Beret

Is there a possibility of someone creating a mask mod of Jill Valentine's beret from Resident Evil HD? I've done several different searches on several different occasions and can't seem to find a mod like this that already exists.

The extent of my modding abilities only goes as far as retexturing, and even then I'm somewhat limited in how effective I am at that. One thing I can't do, aside from .lua scripts, is model importing. Otherwise, I would gladly do it myself.
