[Help] How to install .lua files ?

Hello Community,

mabye someone can tell me what i have to do with his X.lua files ? I read in a thread i have to do them into the Mod folder from BLT but it doesen´t work. Maybe someone can help and tell me step by step what i have to do ?

I think i am not alone with this question
