How'd you figure out how to extend the decal lifetime though? I know how to raise the limit but I always got stuck on actually keeping the decals there.

@Zdann, with the Ragdoll Collisions, there is no problem like a wall of dead body or something like that ? I mean if the body pile up, it becomes hard to see no ?
You could just shoot/explode/fist them out of the way if they physically blocked you. I would guess os anyway.
Sorry that's not possible for this type of mod. Mods like goonhud use a LUA hook to attach to the running game engine and inject custom code, whereas the mods built with the modding tool replace/change the game's encoded assets (textures, effects, engine configuration).
