.cooked_physics - Proprietary format. I don't believe this is reverse engineered but it has to do with a special collision format for models. Typically you won't need this though.

.sequence_manager - Weird compiled xml format, use the BeardLib Editor's script data converter to convert it.

I found a program, XnViewMP to open and view texture files, but most look corrupt and barely visible at best. Also, I tried renaming the .texture files to .dds files, but they still are hard to see as they are incredibly transparent. I tried increasing the opacity, but it failed and I still can barely see the textures. I posted a link to the old post I was looking at, so you can read through the solutions people on that thread tried. I also tried using Blender, and I was able to see the image in Blender, fully and visibly with good opacity. However, Blender cannot export image files.
