Pocohud not loading

Hey everyone, i need help.
Whenever i start the game with pocohud installed it doesnt load in game, game gets kinda laggy and i cant seem to figure out what is happening, im leaving a log with pocohud leaving a fatal error, can somebody tell me whats going on??'

I'm gonna need more info as this seems a PC-specific issue.

1) FloatingHealthBars is included in Poco, no need to have it downloaded separately
2) Are you on Windows or Linux ?
3) Your mod list

3) can we continue this thread in private? i dont have cheaty mods if thats your concern but its way easier
