I can't open PD2 again if I close it.

I've recently searched for help because SuperBLT was not letting PD2 to launch. Now it opens but if I close the game and try to open it again It doesn't open, and I've to restart the entire PC just for it to open ONE time again.

If someone could help me I would appreciate.

what happens is that if I turn on the PC and open PD2 with the superblt, it goes fine, but if I close it and try to open it again, it won't.

Literally if I hit the play button it says it's running and suddenly it changes to the play button again

So in Steam the button says 'Play', you click it, Steam says the game is running and then the button immediately changes back to 'Play'? Is that what is happening?

Okay, great. Start the game as administrator from the game folder (payday2_win32_release file) and see if it shows you an error message.

I have a Ryzen 5 3400G which has integrated graphics, but I tried it and doesn't work

And it happens only when you have superBLT installed, right?
Maybe install the IPHLPAPI.dll version of superBLT from its website and see if that changes anything.
