LPI and Lobby settings sadly don't have a lot of the functional stuff NGBTO has, like auto kicking people using all skills you have to manually ban/kick people (plus ingame you can't tell if they have all skills, unless you also add NoMA), quick skills if you're using a custom HUD ingame again no way of seeing what perk/skills a person dropping in has, or blacklist, the mod isn't bad at all, people with stupid settings gave it a bad rep.
Having a single mod that covers most aspects of lobby management over having 5+ just to sorta cover it since as I said you still have to manually kick/ban and that's like 4 clicks when NGBTO you can simply do 1 and people are out of your game.
