What is HoloUI? 
HoloUI is a UI mod that changes most of the UI design of the game and has a lot of customization!

Features:

• Changes the design of the Hud & menu almost completely.
  
• Improved Chat: View old messages, you can copy & paste, select text with mouse and links work!
  
• Hud Scaling & Spacing option!.
  
• The mod no longer removes anything from the core game but builds upon it meaning it will less likely to crash/break.
  
• Lots of customization 

How do i install it?

• First you need BLT https://paydaymods.com/download/
  
• Secondly you will need BeardLib http://lastbullet.net/mydownloads.php?action=view_down&did=14924
  
• After downloading the mod drop the folder 'Holo' Into your mods folder

FAQ:

• Q: Where's HoloHUD?
  A: HoloUI is a reborn version of HoloHUD with most of its code rewritten, since its also modifying the menu being called only a Hud doesn't make much sense so now its called UI :v, the mod no longer uses mod_overrides and instead adds its own textures and the mod now works with BeardLib!       
  
• Q: Where's Hud info?
  A: I've decided to remove the Hud info from the mod, you can still get the standalone from here: http://lastbullet.net/mydownloads.php?action=view_down&did=14859 which i might update.
  
• Q: What Huds does the mod support?
  A: Any Hud that does not remove anything from the vanilla Hud(i.e. Poco Hud), But in some cases the mod can disable automatically some of its features for some mods to work such as PDTH Hud this is handled in the function Holo:ShouldModify(comp, option) in Base.lua.

HoloUI isn't compatible with any kind of background, nod or not. can please fix?

you mean menu backgrounds? go to the options and disable colored backgrounds

Place in your mods folder (if it doesnt exist create a folder in the base pd2 folder) and make sure you have BLT installed.

Any plans to add mutator color to the banner?

Banner? you mean as in assault box?

(Although i already managed something like it but was not able to add a string for choosing a color)

what all does this do, because in all honesty all i would like in a UI mod is one that shoes each characters life with a numarical number in the middle of the hp circle...other then that i like the default hud

This one has an option for that. Otherwise its a pretty simple hud that you can customize colors on. Also what shows up as an vanilla hud or as holoui
