[MUSIC MOD/QUESTION/REQUEST(?)] - Hotline Miami 2

This is my first time posting in the Discussion page, so go easy on me if I'm not doing it "right".

Anyway, I was wondering if there was a mod that replaces one of the songs with Hotline Miami 2's song Voyager. There's mods out there that change a lot of the in-game songs to other HL2 soundstracks, but not the one I want.

Or, if there's a software I can use to create my own Payday 2 custom soundtracks, that's be prefect.

Unless someone can make this for everyone to use, that'd be perfect as well.
