Mods for a better performance 2020

Hello.
I'm going to make this simple and quick.
I want mods (modifications to the main game) that help me to get better frames per second in the game.
I don't want to see any kind of comment like:

"What are your specs?"
"If you don't have a good PC you can't improve FPS!"
"Just buy a new PC!"
Etc. If you know a mod that could help me, say it. If you don't, don't say anything. Simple as that. Actually the mods that i'm using are:

(mod_overrides):

Experimental Optimization Improvements (May make you crash when starting missions like Diamond Heist, so i don't recommend it much, apparently if you go to the file of the mod named "add.xml", open it with notepad++ and remove this line:

<continent path="levels/narratives/classics/dah/world/world" force="true" unload="true"/>

the diamond heist will be no longer loaded in the mod, so it will not make you crash when starting that heist. Or that's what the creator of the mod says, it worked for me).

Low Poly Enemies

Lower res texture mod Version 0.2

Menu Smoke Removal

No Graffiti

No Post Processing! + Outlines Working + No Blue Filter on Main Menu v3

Less effects

Retexture Mod (This mod gave me like +4 or +7 fps on my pc, but that may be a lot more in better pcs, also the textures are good af so i totally recommend downloading it)

(BLT mods):

Less effects

Low Violence Mode

Lower Shadow map Mod

No Post Processing! + Outlines Working + No Blue Filter on Main Menu v3

No Prints

Iter

And other mods that don't affect FPS, like the more accurate laser.
If you have any kind of advise do it without being offensive.
Also i know that there aren't a LOT of mods to improve the performance of this game but i made this thread for only one reason, trying to discover if there's anyone who knows any other mods that aren't just those common mods that everyone recommends for improving FPS. Well, thank you for your help. It improved at least 3 to 5 or 10 fps for me, more than expected but i will keep this thread open if someone has something else to share, the point of this is to get people like me that has a bad a PC to know about these mod so they could have something else to try at least.

Iter gives a couple more FPS when playing Safe House Raid and Diamond Heist.
Another option would be setting the resolution below 800x600 by creating a custom one.

You're 100% right, Iter removes useless things from the safe house raid and i don't know about diamond heist, the problem is that when i used it, it brought me crashes sometimes, i will try it now but if it crashes i'm going to remove it from the list. Thanks for your input. :)
