Working download link for latest Re-Texture Project?

So I would like to use this mod https://modworkshop.net/mydownloads.php?action=view_down&did=12710#description

but the link there doesn't work. It takes me to OneDrive, but it won't let me download the file. Do I have to make an account with OneDrive to download or is it broken? Or does anyone have another link? The one on the nexus seems to be an older version...

You have to copy the download link, not click it.

It shows me the file, but nothing happens when I click "download".

Even tried pasting it in JDownloader, but it just says "temporarily unavailable" in JDownloader when I want it to download the file.

I can backup this up, I literally tried the exact same thing and it was the same situation. I don't know how many attempts it took, but after a day of leaving JDownloader open it downloaded roughly 70% of it, but then the error came back and it hasn't downloaded anymore since (it's been about a week).

I couldn't find any up-to-date mirrors anywhere but maybe I just need to up my Googling game.

JDownloader managed to grab the file for me after hours of error messages, so I got it now. Seems to be a OneDrive issue, I suppose.
