How do you install BLT 2.0?

blt 2.0 is not working well for all users, in most of the cases ppl that use win 7 (some win 10 to)the author of blt knows about it and will update it at some point to fix this.

BLT updated to BLT 2.0, u must manualy update it, the problem is that when u launch the game with the new update, steam will say that payday 2 is running but it wont show up, untill a new update comes out we cant use mods.

From what i heard the mod overrides still working, and u dont need to delete the mods folder from the game directory to run the game, simply delete IPHLPAPI.dll from the game directory and payday will start normaly, but without mods except for the override ones.

I hope they fix it soon, im not good with vanilla anymore.
