Slow-mo cheat/mod?
I've noticed recently that there's some kind of mod or cheat that causes hosts or clients to experience slow-mo. And no, I do NOT mean the slow-mo you experience when you mask-up or hotline miami day 2 or whatever. I'm using WolfHud so this stuff should not be even happening. So in order to justify this I'm going to use a recent example. Earlier I was hosting a Framing Frame, and I was on Day 1. I was halfway thru the mission until someone joined in. He said "enjoy the slow-mo" or something similar, and then I got a terribly slow slow-mo. Of course, I kicked him. The slow-mo I got was so slow that people were flying across the whole map when they had ~100ms ping, people couldn't secure bags, none of the timers were moving, and I couldn't move a single bit. I could move my arms, yes, but that's about it. I decided to restart the game, and when we got to the game, it just showed up as a black screen. No difficulty level, no subtitles, nothing. I'm guessing by that point the slow-mo was still going. I recommend anyone to watch out for this cheat as I think it's a fairly new one, I haven't of anything like this before.

A while ago, there was a mod that would force slow-mo upon people marked as cheaters. Some mods attempt to improve/increase detection of cheats, some of them might not make the cheater flag visible to you I suppose, they might also have false positives because they're bugged or outdated.
Another possibility is that the code of that "slow-mo for cheaters" mod (I don't want to mention the name, it's been taken down from modworkshop too) is quite easy to modify so that trolls can use it to force slow-mo anyone. I haven't looked at the source of that mod but it seems possible, and this would also make the fact it was taken down on modworkshop much more reasonable.
