Car Heist name missing.

Once during car shop, I had to find Edward Black, I checked all of the computers and not a single one had his name on it, so we failed the heist. I replayed and his name finally showed up, but still.

It appears very, VERY rarely none of the computers will be the right one, forcing a restart. I was 100 percent sure I checked every single computer.

The office next to the manager's office (at the top of the stairs) also has a computer in it that can be the right one. The name plate is just outside the door.

Edward Black was the name of my 240 seconds run,i'm quite sure.So yeah,look further;also,what Burnt said

are you sure you looked at alle the name signs? some of them appear black to me, so its hard to see without flashlight or zooming in

That might have been why. I looked at the top floor "Computer lab" and the one downstairs.
