Throwing too much grenades

So me and my friend were attempting Tabula Rasa, we got through day 1 and 2 cleanly, but nearing the end of day 2 of Hoxton Breakout he got kicked for throwing too much nades?

So I continued the heist without him (since the server box was at the escape door)... only to find out that I didn't get the achievement either (even after completion). What's this all about?

How many grenades did he throw? There is a cheat tool that gives you all kinds of cheats, one of them is infinite grenades, YOUR game therefore keeps track of how many other players throw and the auto kick feature will kick if someone throw more than 3 + pickups.

He threw his 3 nades given from his gage weapon pack throughout the game, and I am sure and can confirm he does not use cheat tools.

Have not seen this as a bugreport, so there is a chance that it is a rare bug you encountered - and it is a chance your friend was afraid he would be able to survive and took a shortcut, regardless of how well you know him.
