Infamous achievement not unlocked

Hi all!

I recently went through all my achievements list, and when I got to the Infamous cards achievements, I see I have Infamous level I unlocked, then level III, and then my current level (IV). But, where's level II?? So I scrolled down the list to see the locked achievements and there he is... "Becoming Disgraceful" (Infamous level II) is locked for me. I understand this is clearly a bug.

I just want to know if anyone else has experienced this, and how to fix it, if possible...

Hi, CaLviN. Maybe when you were recieving Infamy 2 level you were offline from Steam?

It's highly unlikely that I was offline from Steam when receiving Inf-2 level, because I never disconnect it. Although, it's not impossible... Maybe for some reason I temporarily went offline. Really bad luck then :| Anyway, is there anything that I can do to fix this? I've been searching through Google and around the forum and can't find any answer or solution to this.

Bad news, pal. There is no way to fix it until you will use *cheating tool name, not allowed ofc* or level up again. Thats really a bad luck on you...

omg i got the same thing, i didnt even know there is a achivement so i unlock first 2 infamous offline, i unlock the third one online and i got piss off so much when i check the steam achivement.

[PROBLEM / ISSUE FIXED]

Hi !!KiiiWiii!!

I don't know if you fixed the thing in the meantime, but I want to let you know that there is a way to fix the issue regarding the Infamous achiev not unlocking. However... it'll cost you a lot of patience and time, but at the same time it'll be fun... At least it (surprisingly) was for me!

What you can do, that worked perfectly for me is:

1. Copy your PAYDAY 2 saves folder to your desktop or location of your choice. Make sure you do this FIRST. Then, start the game and reset all your stats. You'll lose everything you had which will be an awful sight to see if you're level IV like I was x)
Money, masks, patterns, colors, skills, weapon mods, literally everything will be gone. It's as if you just bought the game again, freshly new, and played it for the very first time. You WILL keep all your unlocked achievements though, as well as the Hours-Played counter and the stats at each mission menu showing how many times you played each difficulty, etc.

2. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ALWAYS STARTING THE GAME IN ONLINE MODE;

3. Just play the game. Play it until you reach Infamous level I. Then play some more until Infamous II. Yeap... for me, it meant going for 130 more hours of game just to get 2 little Infamous icons highlighted in my Achievements list. It was a hard choice. But it's the only one there is, if you really want the issue solved. For probably most players, it's simply not worth it. They'll just throw out some rage, or simply not care, and keep playing. For me, it was because I like things neat and organized. I didn't care, I knew I'd have fun playing the thing all over again :) Besides, I knew that at any moment I could simply quit, replace the save game for the one I backed up, and go back to where I left off before resetting the stats. Which leads me to step nr.4...

4. Now, after you get all the locked Infamous achievements unlocked, exit the game. Replace the folder in PAYDAY 2 directory for the one you copied to your desktop or other location and... voilà! Like magic, you're back to where you left off, just before resetting your stats AND if you check your Achiev list, now you got all Infamous achievs you went through :)

I searched for a month all over the Internet and found no solution. Then thought of this, and it works perfectly.
