Requesting Help - Freezing, alt tab issues & more

Hello people of the community,

As I've figured out for the last couple of hours, I most likely am not alone in this matter. The title says all, really, but I would very much appreciate any form of help or guidance in making my game "freeze free", plus maybe help someone else who's down this path already. After reading some posts both on Steam and Reddit, I've understood that this issue came after the last updates for the game.

Some context in my progress:
- Have currently reinstalled game
- Have removed mods (all files, both mod_overrides and full superblt set of files)
- No inventory bound mods have affected my game, hence not the issue.
- No crashes when accessing inventory.
- No success using both akimbo and "fixes" fix mods from modworkshop.
- Am able to launch heists, but still freezes mid game and have to wait for the game to "unpause itself".
- If I ALT+TAB, the game freezes and I am stuck either outside the game or in the game but with a frozen screen, unable to ALT+TAB further on desktop (mouse doesn't show).
- If I either hit ALT+ESC, WIN+ESC, CTRL+ESC - the game sometimes resumes and the freeze disappears.
- Windows 11 installed, the 24H2 update. (Have read about this update being wanky, but sure wouldn't be happy to reset rn tbh..)
- Graphics card updated.

I've been stuck at the pc flabberghasted of which possible solutions I have left. I pray upon someone to help me troubleshoot this. :)

As I'm sure you've been able to tell having done your own research and attempt your own fixes, the freezing issue is super inconsistent across the playerbase: some people never freeze, some people freeze often, some fixes work for some people, some work temporarily and then the issue returns, etc, etc.

Cheers man, I'll look into that thread. I reckon a downgrade to an earlier patch might be the solution to be honest.

-ISSUE RESOLVED-
I reverted to Windows 11 update 23h2 and now the game runs perfect without any other troubleshooting than to select where payday was installed on the fresh windows install. Update 24H2 is bloody tormented.
