Game not letting me join players/View DLC pages

So i recently got this bug on my new pc where my payday 2 has not let me join any sort of player in online, Which is kind of bugging me because im playing on PC and have 0 Mods whatsoever, I've tried SO many solutions, But nothing has let me practically exist, I've reinstalled, Removed -steamMM, Even trying to restart my wifi around 3 times and NOTHING has been succesful yet, Can someone please support me with this? Its really annoying.

Using -steamMM forces the game to use Steam matchmaking only, and you can only see and match with people who have done the same (which is a limited amount of people).

Are you actually able to see lobbies on Crime net? Or is it fully empty? If someone directly invites you to the game what happens?

Not being able to view DLC pages is strange; do you mean the DLC section on Steam?

Nononono, I can see lobbies, All it says is failed joining game, And invites dont work either, But i mean it, Opening a dlc just makes it automatically say "Sorry, You arent able to acess this item at the moment" and uh, No lobby works whatsoever, People cant join me and i cant join them, I tried checking dlc in other games and it was just fine.

Sorry I'm still not properly understanding this. What exactly are you trying to open? Are you looking at heists? Weapons? Masks? Are you able to take a screenshot?

Any software conflicts?

No software conlflicts whatsoever, I can see lobbies perfectly fine, I open a lobby, Try to join, All it says is "failed joining game", Even invited matches, random people's matches, and ANY kind of online lobby, people cant join me either, I tried multiple fixes from other people to be claiming having the same issue, but mine seems different because its also accompanied by not being able to check dlc pages, i can check the dlc page, just not the dlc themselves. I've tried every fix i've seen on other discussions, and nothing has helped.

The DLC page on Steam? In-game there are adverts that link to the Steam store, for DLC, on the main menu, and masks, weapons, heists, etc, if you don't have the DLC it'll say you don't have access to them. Did you buy DLC for the game?

Is Payday 2 white-listed in your anti-virus? Were you able to join any lobbies when you did have -steamMM? If not, and you've never had any mods (if you had mods previously, it's possible they may be affecting the game still), then I can only imagine there's some kind of network problem.

I checked my one and only antivirus, Not it, I do have some dlc for example like a bunch of weapon packs but when i try to click on them it just says the error code i mentioned earlier, Might try rechecking internet again, Dunno.
