1920x1080 in fullscreen

The resolution in game is 1920x1080, same as my monitor, but it is not on full monitor. What can I do? No other game doesn't behave like that, there's no tuning on HDMI, there's no settings in driver that helps.

Having the same problem. I didnt have this problem when I tried the game for free over the free 2 play weekend, but as soon as I bought it with the dlcs, problems. First my mouse was way off and the top of the menu screen was cut off. Then this happened, where I can turn it to 1920x1080 in windowed mode, but not in fullscreen. If I do, it puts a big box in the middle of the screen saying "INPUT OUT OF RANGE".

Hopefully a developer or someone sees this post and helps us out. Theres gotta be a work around for it, there has been a few times, about 3, the whole 10 years I've been on steam, and everytime there was a fix for it.

Problem fixed, had to go into the config file under Users, username, appdata, local, payday 2 and edit the renderer_settings file with notepad, had to change refresh rate from 50 Hz to 60 Hz, now it works fine.

1 start payday 2

2 set the resolution you want.

3 turn off fullscreen (you need windowed mode for this)

4 save the settings and close the game (WITH FULLSCREEN OFF).

5 start the game and set the fullscreen ON, and the problem is solved.
