Hot Pursuit is the only track

Whenever I get into a heist, Hot Pursuit starts playing. I have random track set for all of the maps but still Hot Pursuit starts. I have Pocohud installed so I can swap to another song but it is getting rediculous. In Pocohud there is a setting that swaps songs that play during heists between different waves but Hot Pursuit is the only one it swaps to and even if I keep it it doesn't put on another song. What the hell is going on?

In the loadout screen, go to the "Soundtrack" tab, and make sure it's set to Random Track or Custom Heist Track. Your menu settings don't matter until you actually set the soundtrack mode in the loadout screen.
