Scarfaces room misses the upgrade option in the safehouse

Although owning the scarface dlc the option to upgrade his room isnt appearing in the safehouse menu anymore (as of the newly added Update 240.6 my friend noticed this). This makes the secret ending impossible. Neither me (with full upgraded room) nor him (without any upgrades) can see the option to upgrade.
