Disappearing Thermal Drill

So we played Bank Deposit Very Hard this evening.
Sneaked around, casing, taking care of two guards, I got the drill from the parking lot.

Went inside, noticed that I wasn't able to throw the bag - The drill was gone.
Just like that.

We where even thinking I "lost" it at first (dropped it while doing something), but it wasn't shown on the map, we searched all the places it could have been, and also the indicator already showed the "set up point" (as it does when one takes the drill). No outline of any kind to be seen from any point on the map (we could reach without raising alarm). Since I simply walked from the car with the drill to the back entrance, it couldn't have been on the other side of the street or something, anyway. Also, I am very certain that I did not, in fact, drop it.

I cannot exactly recreate the circumstances in which this happened, but we are all positive that it somehow glitched into nothingness, and that it wasn't a mess-up of myself.

Had the drill on my back - Then it suddenly wasn't there anymore, and was nowhere to be found.

Just putting this here in case it's a known (or unknown) glitch/bug.

Edit: In case this is important: I was the host, all teammates are close to me (as, in, they actually live close by), with one teammate living some ways away, but still within extremely desireable range for online play. We noticed no other glitches like desynchs and the like, we almost never have those, smooth sailing for us in that regard.
