Payday 2 crashing/won't open due to Access Violation.

Hello there. So, last friday i was playing payday and when i turned off my pc and tried the following day it won't open. I already tried to verify the files, already uninstalled ALL my mods [both mods and overrides], custom maps and even reinstall the game, but still not opening.

After launching the game, it keeps in a black screen for 2-6 seconds and then suddenly closes the game,and every time i see the crash logs is always the same reason: Access Violation

1)win + R
2)type %localappdata%
3)open payday 2 folder
4)Remove renderer settings file
5)If it does not work - open file by notepad and change resolution/refresh rate to yours and set windowed on true.

I've been trying that for the past 10 minutes [a good ammount of times if we consider how quick it crashes lol] and yeah, same thing: Access Violation.
The fun thing is that one day it was working perfectly normal, sometimes freezing the screen or some crashes due to access violation but it at least was playable, now i can't even see the loading logo

if you dont run these programs - add payday 2 as exception for your antivirus and firewall and try to start the game without non-essential programs as administrator

Aaaaand same again; Both windows Defender and the firewall have Payday as whitelist.

Can you try to start the game from payday2_win32_release.exe as administrator from steam/steamapps/common/payday 2?

I already tried recently, but decided to try again since i didn't changed the resolutions since today, but same results, but this time the game didn't even opened, just suddenly crashed due to Access Violation again

Just to make sure, you are copying text from crash.txt file, correct?

Yep, crash.txt from Appdata/Local/

Try to launch the game with empty savefile
Go to ...\Users\Username\AppData\Local\PAYDAY 2\saves and ...\Steam\userdata\numbers\218620\remote
and move out sav098 from both places. After it turn off cloud sync for payday 2 and try to launch the game again.

Do you know how to delete the local files after the steam update? i'm trying to find the option but it isn't showing anything like that
