issues with game mods, christmas side job unlocks, and deimos shotgun....

Game refused to start even after reinstalling. Had to delete WINSOCK32.dll for mods to get it to start. Now COPYCAT and all the side job unlocks are locked. I also paid money for the latest McShay 4 DLC and apparently I'm allowed to use some of the weapons but not the Deimos shotgun with certain mods on it.

I've supported this game for a long time and purchased every DLC including completely overkill and scarface, but the issues posed by this recent "update" seem to show how little the developer cares about this community or to even bother testing their changes. Not sure Payday 3 belongs on my wishlists anymore

We just need to wait for SuperBLT to be updated to the new version of the game; until then, no mods will work.

The cross-play update broke a lot of things, including side jobs, because Overkill had to change the code from just 'Steam' to generic code:

As for the unlocks, you now only need a Starbreeze Account to unlock most things, but there is a bug right now because the game thinks these unlocks are cheated.

Long story short, latest update broke a huge amount of things and it's just a case of waiting for Overkill to fix them.
