Starbreeze Nebula Items now locked after update

uninstalled my mods, verified game, relinked steam and twitch both yet the outfits, gloves, masks and twitch drops are still locked

Yup, tried to reclaim my items multiple time but no luck so far.

Just wanted to update anyone with the issue, I was able to link my steam account back up today. Still no idea if i got my drops. Will update later.

Edit: Still don't have any nebula/twitch items in my game.

Bumping this thread because I still have this issue. All Nebula/Twitch items have been locked in my inventory since the Epic update. Tried unlinking and linking again.

Yup i have the same issue, I try everything and they are still blocked (even my fav judge shotgun)
After some emails with starbreeze support, they send me to discord, or tho here -.-.
Probably they are fixing the bug soon.

Although it came up as an issue last year, it was briefly fixed; until March of this year. So far there's been no word of the developers making a fix to this or any of the other bugs that were introduced in the latest update.

Would be nice if these lazy swedes would actually shake a leg and fix something that is this crucial. The new game is ♥♥♥♥, might as well fix pd2. I have the exact same issue, linked profiles, joined their garbage steam group, items still locked behind the nebula wall.
