Infinite Loading Screen on Day 2 or 2nd heist of Crime Spree

I can't play anything other than safe house, single day heists or Holdout, as on the second day of a multi-day heist or the second heist of a crime spree, I get stuck on the loading screen that comes right before the start of the heist, the one that displays the difficulty in yellow and you hear a few lines from the contractors. Not a crash, it'll just keep infinitely loading. Yes, I do play with mods, and these are all offline heists I'm talking about. I don't know what it could be, I've gone through essentially all my mods, disabling them and starting a 2 day heist over and over again, playing through the first day, and then getting stuck on that screen every time. If anyone's got a fix for this one, I'd greatly appreciate it.
